Eligibility
Refunds are available for confirmed tuition on PageWork Core courses, not for time you spent reading the website. Employer-paid seats require the billing contact to make the request.
Timeframe
Write to us at least ten Taipei business days before the first studio session for a full refund of unused tuition. Requests after that date are assessed as partial or refused, as set out below.
Full refund
If we cancel a cohort, or if your written request arrives ten or more Taipei business days before session one, we return 100% of tuition received for that seat. If we reschedule by more than fourteen days and you cannot attend the new dates, the same full refund applies.
Partial refund
If you withdraw between nine and three Taipei business days before session one, we retain 30% of tuition as a preparation charge and return the remainder. After the first session has begun, remaining sessions are not refunded, except where Taiwanese consumer law requires otherwise for a particular buyer.
Non-refundable items
Printed packs already produced with your name, third-party venue deposits we cannot recover, and alumni-evening no-shows are not refunded. Diagnostic writing samples are not a paid product and create no refund.
Process
Email info@page-workcore.digital with the subject “Refund”, your name, the course title, and the invoice number. We confirm receipt within two Taipei business days and state whether the request is full, partial, or refused.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are sent by the original payment method where possible, otherwise by bank transfer to the account that paid us. Allow ten Taipei business days after approval for the funds to leave our account; correspondent banks may add time.
Cancellation by us
If faculty illness or a building closure stops a session, we offer a make-up night or a proportional refund of that session. We do not cancel because a cohort is merely small.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if studio packs were shared outside the room in breach of the terms, or if unredacted live-deal information was introduced after a warning. Mandatory rights under Taiwanese law are not limited by this note.
